We are the children of tradition: Pyrenean gastronomic tradition. And that’s why we try to continue/transmit/recover the ancient foods of our mountains. Recover everything by improving the production processes, obtaining the best raw materials (from our country, of course, known as Km0. We do not use additive, improvement, flavouring, transgenic or colouring. Only the best and most genuine raw materials, with exceptional care for the local ones.
